The registration fee incudes: Attendance at the Congress scientific program and sponsor exhibition, lunches, coffee breaks, and Congress materials (program, bag, accreditation).

The registration fee for sponsor personnel includes: Access to the sponsor exhibition, lunches, coffee breaks, and Congress materials (program, bag, accreditation).

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: Attendance at the opening ceremony, lunches, and coffee breaks.

* Proof of individual membership in one of the listed associations is mandatory - In order to benefit from the member fee, a submission of your status (confirmation of the organization that you are individually their member) must be sent to the email address alina@conventuscredo.hr upon successful online registration.

*** Proof of Students/Fellows/Resident status is mandatory - In order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (official letter signed by the Head of Department – hospital, company or academic institution which confirms the status of the applicant) or copy of your status ID) must be sent to the email address alina@conventuscredo.hr upon successful online registration.
